codigolingua.com (hereinafter the Web) is an internet domain owned by Beatriz Abril Alegre (Código Lingua), holder of tax identification number 46882792-Y, with e-mail address info@codigolingua.com and tax domicile in Valencia, C/ Marina Baixa nº 5, Escalera 3 pta 9, with physical address in Valencia, C/ Marina Baixa nº 5, Escalera 3 pta 9, Valencia, Spain, makes the web portal available to all users, under the terms set forth in the following conditions:

First.- Definition of user.
The access and/or use of the web grants the user the condition of user of the same, accepting from that moment and without reservation the present General Conditions, without prejudice to the Particular Conditions that could be established by Lingua Code for the regulation of certain services and/or contents.

In the event that the user is a minor, he/she must obtain prior permission from his/her parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be considered responsible, to all effects and purposes, for all acts performed by minors under their care.

Second.- Obligations of the user.
The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with current legislation, good faith, public order and generally accepted uses and customs.

Likewise, the user undertakes not to use the website for illicit purposes or purposes harmful to the rights and/or interests of Código Lingua and/or third parties, and not to cause damage or impede the normal operation of the website.

Third.- User’s responsibility.
The use of the website by the user shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user, who shall in any case hold Código Lingua harmless for any damage and/or harm that, directly or indirectly, the non-observance of these General Conditions by the user may cause to the user or third parties.

In this sense, Código Lingua reserves the right to deny access and/or use of the website or any of its contents and/or services to any user who has breached these General Conditions.

Fourth.- Liability of Código Lingua

The entity shall not be liable for any damages and/or losses of any nature that the user or a third party may suffer as a result of:

(i) the lack of availability, maintenance or effective functioning of the website, its services or its contents;

(ii) the lack of usefulness, veracity, adequacy or validity of the web, its services or its contents to satisfy the needs or expectations of the user;

(iii) that a third party, in breach of the security measures established by Código Lingua, uses the website, its contents or services to transmit viruses, or accesses and performs unauthorized processing of the data stored by Código Lingua.

(iv) Nor, in general, of any use of the website, its services and/or contents that could be made by the user or a third party, against the Conditions of access and use of the same, established by Código Lingua.

Fifth.- Authorization to use the contents.
The contents that Código Lingua makes available to the user are protected by the necessary intellectual property rights and have been legally transferred for the appropriate purposes by the corresponding owners of the same.

Código Lingua authorizes the user to make use of the same for the purposes expressly stated on the website or in these General Terms and Conditions. The reproduction, distribution, modification or public communication of the same, in whole or in part, is forbidden, except for those cases in which, upon request, Código Lingua accepts their reproduction.

Seventh.- Links Directory.
The sole purpose of the linking devices that Código Lingua makes available to the user is to facilitate access to other content and/or services that may be of interest to the user. These are not managed or controlled by Código Lingua in relation to the legality, veracity, usefulness, quality or reliability of the content and/or services that are not directly managed or controlled by Código Lingua, although these may be accessible through the website.

Eighth.- Modification and cancellation of these Terms and Conditions.
Código Lingua reserves the right to totally or partially modify the website, its design, contents and/or services, as well as these Terms and Conditions whenever it deems appropriate.

Likewise, Código Lingua reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily suspend or definitively cancel the website or any of its contents and/or services, at its sole and entire discretion.

Ninth.- Applicable legislation and conflict resolution.
The parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia for the resolution of any disputes or litigation that may arise from these Conditions, and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia.
